Squidoo, Lenses & Affiliate Revenue

This year I discovered Squidoo and Lenses. The truth is that I have never believed much in those Squidoo but the interface is pretty funny.

Each Lense is like a blog where you post, put pictures, videos, intoaccount, guestbooks ... and Affiliate Revenue as Amazon, eBay, CafePress, Netflix, New Zazzle ... (though I doubt whether these last two reported income). From each of these companies can choose to advertise their products on a concrete theme that addresses the Lens (some authentic built niches in these Lenses). The pity is that everything is very focused on the U.S. market.

In theory you also allocated 50% of the revenue from Google Adsense ads (although this division is a bit confusing), and an interesting option is that you decide that your earnings go to charity.

In short, I think that if you seek to make money, not the best site as another intermediate having the cake is much reduced, but so is a good way to practice creating niches, introduction to the aforementioned, generating traffic to other websites or perhaps to improve positioning. If you have experience with Squidoo, share them.

Updated: For now, monthly earnings are close to zero.
